An Equal Opportunities Society

Informal monthly meetings and social events for  stroke survivors and their carers within a framework of mutual support.

We meet at the Flowerpot, 1 Congleton Rd, Macclesfield, every 2nd Monday of the Month starting at 12 midday.

     Macclesfield and District Young Stroke Society (MADYSS) would like to invite potential new members along to our next meeting.We have a large range of activites and social events in the coming months.

Some of our recent Social events TenPin Bowling. Chilli Banana. Strictly Come Dancing Live Tour.The Lowery, Murder Night.Coming soon Car Treasure Hunt.


The club is open to any stroke victim and their carer to come and visit us. We do not provide transport to our meetings,  but if you can get to us, you will be made very welcome. 

     If you feel uncomfortable coming to our meeting alone, we can arrange for you to be met by our hostess at the entrance. Stroke victim or Carer you are not alone. We belive sharing your feelings, fears and talking to people in the same boat as you can be rewarding and uplifting.
