WRVS looking for volunteers

Mar 31, 2007

For many, hospitals can be daunting places, however, friendly and helpful. WRVS volunteers can make a stay or visit a more pleasant experience.

Volunteers help WRVS for all sorts of reasons, to enhance a CV or gain work experience, to make friends and increase social circles or simply to 'put something back'.

Volunteering for WRVS is rewarding, interesting and above all, fun!  More volunteers, men and women, are needed  now to help in the coffee bar, shop or ward trolley services at Macclesfield  hospital.

If you can spare up to 4 hours, once a week or fortnight and would like to know more about making a real difference in your local community please contact 0845 601 4670 or log onto www.wrvs.org.uk. calls are charged at local rate.

All expenses are paid.
